A clean attractive sandy beach with very clear looking waters. Some stalls available and shops near by. Watersports appear available nearby.

Although it was horrible weather during our stay, we could see it would have been great in warmer weather. Good old fashioned British seaside.

The beach is so nice and sandy and the atmosphere is so good there. It really is a good day out wether you sun bathe or watch punch and judy, there really is fun for all the family. The greatest thing is the ice cream. Tonnes of shops sell it so don't worry about it :) There is also park... More

everything you need is there, great pubs lovely sand nice people, great shops. With the sun on your side its better than being abroad

Not your typical rip-off tourist hotspot. Very very pleasant. Check out the miniture railway by the Sea-life centre. £1.50 per ride. Made our sons day.

Lovely sand well looked after ie kept clean and ploughed! Lots of new smart beach cafes and bucket and spade beach-shops. Nearby fairground carousel. Only 2 mins across the road into the main shopping area (all the high st shops). Donkeys! Weymouth beach is faultless. White sands, clear blue sea and gorgeous views! Plenty of shops in Weymouth too and the harbour is lovely.

Lots of eating places of all cuisines, excellent bus service, friendly 'natives' During 'high' season no dogs allowed on beach - special area at end of beach for exercising them. Adequate free loos. Plenty of shops of all calibres

A real seaside town with lovely safe beach, Punch and Judy, merry go rounds. Lots of cafe's and ice cream stalls. Plenty of little shops in nice walk around town. Harbour walk and fish and chips, what more do you need.
