We visited this beach during a recent visit to Purbeck and we returned on three separate occasions. The beach is stunning on a nice day, just endless sand. We parked at Knoll Beach car park (which is huge and free if you are a member of the National Trust) and walked to the car ferry and back before stopping for...

It is a gorgeous stretch of soft sand, shells everywhere and interesting dunes to wander through. Lovely!
