Recently given university status, this is the towns newest student learning area - adjacent to the opulent Waterfront full of unbelievable expensive, floating craft - as well as the adjoining, stupendous quantity of brand new student accommodation apartment buildings.
Students attending here must think they've come to some sort of fairytale venue..................until they stumble across the dismal, decaying shopping quarter...
