This hotel was very nice and the staff were very polite and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. I will definitely come back there again!

After reading some reviews I was a bit apprehensive but was pleasantly surprised.The breakfast was very adequate and enjoyable.Jackie giving us good friendly service.I even went downstairs to try the toning beds, and to my amazement unlike other hotels,as a resident I did not have to pay for this facility.I was happy with the service Celia gave me explaining what... We went into The Bay Tree Hotel the other evening for a drink , we noticed how downhill it had gone since our last visit i May with all teh notices pinned up saying No Cheques allowed, no debit or credit cards allowed, no children allowed unless well behaved. Toilets for Patrons only ., No baby's bottles can be microwaved.... More
