The museum is a real treat! Lots of interesting works of art to be seen! I have been in and out of the museum since childhood, but there is always something study more carefully. I like varied permanent exhibition very much.

The building has a very uniqe stone garden with waterfall. Many collections at separate halls, are naive, peacfully and colorfull, which we found very attractive.

The exhibitions are always of high quality! Go there and see, and afterwards you can sit in the cafe having lovely sandwiches, also of high quality!

Unfortunately, our visit to Lillehammer on 3rd July 2008 was brief but we were delighted to find your museum and the Edvard Munch Exhibition. Your staff were most welcoming and we thought the exhibits and paintings were displayed in a most attractive way.
