Arabisa Facory Shop, is a huge building located in Arabia Disrict, northeast of the city of Helsinki. There are many kind of home accessories there, and of course Finnish-made. Iittala, Finnish well-known brand, has a shop there. There is also a Museum in the 3rd floor. I think it's worth to visit, if you love design.

We have Arabia dishware so we really wanted to see the new designs. We were able to purchase some lovely gifts to take back home including Moomin flatware for children which was a unique ans well received gift!

This unique outlet is selling nice finnish design pots, glasses, cutleries, you name it.. Prices are very low!

Discounts, special offers and wide selections of Arabia and Iittala. For anyone interested in bringin some home this is a must.

Nice to see Scandinavian creativity at its best. Too expensive to buy, but great to just walk about and see the work. And the lake beyond the factory was a nice place to look at the geese and ducks and people walking their dogs. The tram ride was good too, going through some non-tourist places.

Arabia has a very interesting museum on the development and production of their ceramics. The factory is in a handsome building and working class neighborhood that were fun to see. Homeware with typical Scandinavian clean lines and interesting styles. We were very interested in the food smokers. There was lovely glassware, crockery, lots of stainless steel pans and cooking pots, ornaments candles etc

The Arabia factory shop is about a half hour tram ride from the centre of Helsinki, maybe a little less if you go part of the way by metro.
