The National Theatre of Northern Greece, with four indoor theatres and two open-air theatres and a Drama School, is one of the biggest theatre organizations in Greece and Europe. NTNG’s artistic programme combines in-house productions, co-productions with other theatres and guest performances from Greece and abroad. In an effort to reach all audiences NTNG maintain a Children’s Stage, an Experimental Stage, Youth Theatre, People's Theatre, Dance Theatre, as well as Units touring the Northern Greece or even performing for free in the city streets & cafes, in schools, in hospitals, in the houses of the disabled and the elderly.
