Unbelivable beautiful lebanon sea water. the nature is amazing and in May the weather is beautiful and there were few people... seems to be like Robinson Crusoe. very beautiful island. the sand is pink or white and full of seashells. the waters are so clear and so blue you will fall in love with it. please preserve this place!! stop collecting the shells and throwing garbage!!! only disadvantage is the 24 euro ticket from ierapetra. very expensive but u get discount as a group of 4+.

The trip to Chrissi Island had it all: a semi-private island, crystal clear water, a fishing trip, snorkeling, and great company. There are lots of kiosks selling tickets for boats to the island when you get into irapetra, but our hotel told us it would be 25€ round trip per person, and that's what we were told at the kiosk...
