built for the renewal of the olympic games in the late 1800's, this stadium is timeless in its style.. just look at the many football stadiums around today, and one can see how timeless its design is. wish i could have run around the track a few times More

Our family of 5 enjoyed visiting this stadium. We purchased the headsets to gain information about the Stadium itself and the events it has hosted over many many years and we were very glad we did. It is a beautiful arena and we had full access to the seating area although not the track as it was being set up... More

Panathenaic is one of the world's oldest stadiums (if not THE oldest). If that's not enough to convince you to visit, then consider this: this is the spiritual home of the moden Olympics and one where two millenia of sporting history rests.
