There were a TON of toys on display, but it was a museum, not a fun center. I was a little disappointed that we didn't get to interact with the toys. It was display case after display case of cool toys, but my 6 year old daughter didn't love it (nor did I). Thankfully, it didn't take our entire afternoon... More

My expectations weren't high, but this lovely museum is a great way to spend an hour. All my old favourites are here, rows of Sindy and Barbie Dolls (did you know Barbie had a Chanel collection?), hundreds of toy soldiers from Romans and Barbarians through to modern, cars, trains, planes, dolls houses. A realy lovely place to spend an hour or two walking down memory lane with the added benefit of having many of the exhibited items explained by the owner. More

Great museum to see a large collection of toys dated since the beginning of the 20th century. The building used to be the headquarters of the Sintra Fire Brigade. Worth the visit especially if you have kids. More
