25-30 minute walk from the strip but worth doing if you can manage the hill. Nice clean long beach with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants near by in the old town.

It is not the typical tourist site for people looking for noise and crowds. A present for the eyes, though a bit windy and not at all recomendable for swimmers. Try it and see if you can stand so much beauty.

This coastline is delightful - the sand is golden and glorious, the sea is lovely to swim in or just to paddle. You can walk around the coves or over the cliff tops. The beach is very very clean - can't say enough good things about it!

Beautiful, clean, relaxing and fantastic for lying in the sun, for walking, for switching off from the stresses of daily life, wonderful place.

well kept, clean, soft sand, lots of sports available, pay for sun beds, try the massage out - lovely

Worth it to check out! Perfect for a walk along the cliffs, or to chill out by the beach. One of my favourite places to chill out at !

I liked this beach very much,it was very clean and nice and sandy and not to pebbly.The sea was lovely and clear.There was a tunnel you could go through on the beach that led to restuarants.There was a really nice restuarant on the beach.

Beach of endless golden sands. Takes about 1-2 hours to walk from Hotel Falesia to Vilamoura. Steps in places make it hard to get to for less mobile people

Very long beach backed by dramatic cliffs. Very clean. Beach bars and sunbeds along the way. Love this place. So relaxing.......
