It's not a museum or anything, just a store, and it's pretty expensive. You're better off just going to the one at the Zurich Airport--if you're in the city, do something more fun.

Smaller than I thought, and it mostly sells works by Swiss artists. We were expecting things more along the line of crafts, rather than abstract art-y things. don't get me wrong--the things they had for sale were nice, just not what I was expecting.
Beautiful items, but 550 CHF for a jacket. Wow. Well I would rather buy it here than from a designer shop at Paradeplatz.
Tourists of all ages can return home with a piece of Switzerland if they have visited this shop and made a purchase. Certainly not cheap and tacky - the products in this shop will stay with you for life.
Forget you cuckoo clocks souvenirs, contemporary artists and designers good, seriously edited, will provide you with real Swiss souvenirs
A wide variety of products, from toys to homewares, but some may have stickershock at the prices. A favorite of our visitors is the items such as briefcases and bags made from old Swiss Army blankets.
