Terrible employee. Showed up 18:55 and had to wait for the lady to stop cleaning to let me in only to have my corona certificate expire while waiting. Then she said she cant let me in with an expired certificate even though it expired while i was waiting for her to do her job.

I am a regular at the pools and know staff are supposed to do their cleaning after closing at 21:00 not before. Because i have a heart-condition i cannot go get vaccinated and its unreasonable to expect to get tested every second day.

So thank you very much. I already know what im going to vote in the upcoming referendum.

Babies' poop was floating in the wellness pool and kids were screaming and jumping in the water in the wellness pool. The wellness pool has heated water and is for adults to relax. It is not safe or appropriate for children or babies. I complained to staff about poop in the wellness pool and the staff stated that it is ok for babies to be there if they have water diapers. It is a totally gross, unsanitary and unprofessional place. Don't go there unless you find swimming in baby poop relaxing...

I like this swimming pool as the opening hours are long, generally from 6 a.m. to 21.00 3 days a week and others days from 8 or 9 a.m. until 21.00

Early in the morning it is quite busy, it gets quiet at 7 a.m. more or less and then it is easier to swim without heavy traffic.

It is bright and it has an outside "garden" and an area which is new for kids. There is also a wellness part which is great after a hard training. At certain hours it is packed with screaming kids but then it is reserved for over 16's

There is a slide which I like to slide now. I think I must be the only older person who slides down, the avwerage age of the people using the slide seems to be 11.

They ahve a restaurant which srrved a menu, hot dogs, coffee, salads and drinks. They have sweets which kids can buy.

The staff seem to have changed as I did not know any of them from the past.

It is best to avoid on Wednesday afternoon (School half day), Saturday and Sunday afternoons as it is quite crowded as it is very popular because of it's opening hours and wellness.

Hallenbad Altstetten had one big pool for swimming, one for jumping,a smaller for kids and an absolutely amazing spa, plus a great water slide! The spa is a real gem, with different hydromassage spots, half indoors, half outfdoors! Great with babies and kids, or on a snowy day. If you go when already dark you'll relax by the colourful lights in the outdoor part. Absolutely recommended!

I like this swimming pool as it opens 3 days a week at 6 a.m. and you can more or less swim without too many problems. It is better to go a little bit later if you can in order to have even more space, 7 a.m. is a better prime if you do not have to go to work.

It has a small wellness area which is nice after a long training and it feels so warm when you go from the pool to the wellness. It is a great place to relax for an hour or so.

I like to use the slide when I can but lately I have not had time. I am probably one of the few adults who uses it, generally there are only kids but then I feel like a kid.

You can have breakfast here or what is really nice is if you go at lunchtime, you can have a very nice salad or hot food at a reasonable price.

The staff are all very pleasant and I would frecommend it except on the weekend when it is a little bit over crowded.

This is my favourite swimming pool in Zurich as it is open 3 times a week at 6 a.m. and it has a small wellness area. After spenind an hour or more swimming, the wellness is my reward. There are a few lanes but they are often quite busy in the morning.

The staff are relatively friendly and there is a restaurant near the entrance. There is an outdoor eating area when the weather permits and there is a small garden where one can sun bath again if the weather permits.

The wellness has an indoor and outdoor section. It is quite small but it is nice and this is included in the entrance price. The also have a sauna but this is extra and I have never been in it.

Food is a good mixture of junk and healthy food, you choose. There is always a good choice of salads. Well worth a visit. Avoid Wednesday afternoons as the schools are there and the number of lanes is reduced to allow for them.
