Higly recommended, more important than duomo for sure, due to a entirior which is unique and a woam overvelming energy. Frescoes are a real peace of work, before anything else. From the other side you will be surprised with the experience , no like any other, disregardingthe relegion. More

Beautifully decorated architectural masterpiece. The paintings in the naves are worth spending time to view, as well as the choir seating. More

Despite it beeing quite "run down" it is not possible not to admire the cloister and the incredibly decorated interiors with lots of museum quality paintings... The best part of the church - the roof - was ill lit and the whole place was the wrong way round with the altar at the west end. However the newly opened excavations of Etruscan and earlier occupation under the Cathedral Museum are fascinating.
