Being prepared for a concert. Completely deminished the experience, particularly when the admission is 8 euros. More

Step back in time and imagine a Greek theater performance in 3rd century BC. Now the Romans did not like the shape so they rebuilt it in 2nd century AD. Drift back in time and enjoy with 5,000 Greeks a performance! What a wonderful view, Giardini-Naxos and Mt. Etna. Guess the Romans liked more excitment, for they changed the theater... More

A taste of Sicily's past with Greek & Roman influence. Still used today so see if you can attend an event (bring a pillow to sit on!) More

The entrance fee is 8 euros per person. We enjoyed wondering around the theatre - very interesting and with amazing views of the sea. There wasn't much information about the whole place, but they did have audio guides for use. Some great pictures to be taken. More

€16 for two people to check this collection of rocks out. This was a royal waste-the Roma Colleseum makes more sense if you're into the whole ruin thing. Only exceptions to this: during the summer season, to watch a concert here in the evening would be epic. The views of Mt Etna are nice, but can be had elsewhere in... More

Theater was substantially modified by Romans. Sicily has much better Greek theaters, but if this is the only opportunity, go. More
