When in Turin you absolutely must find the Piazza Castello. During our long weekend trip to Turin in April 2013 this Piazza became our anchor point exploring this part of the city. We found it very easy to park and we reached several other parts of town with Piazza Castello as our start and ending point.

This is a must for visitors visiting Turin. It is a massive Square with a big castle and opposite there are so many interesting shops to visit. You are spoilt for choice here. Just go and enjoy.

This very beautiful square and around it are always hosting different activities which make it always full of tourists.
but nothing exceptional really. Especially nice during Xmas times - there was a huge Advent calendar placed. Also Palazzo Reale is worth to have a look on it, it's placed on the square.
