Everything about our tour was excellent. We were picked up at the hotel and taken to meet our tour guide. The driver stayed with us until our guide arrived. A half day trip of the Vatican. Take the morning tour, less traffic. Lots of walking so wear good shoes. Presto gives the small group tour which is the best.
