Had great fun thru the entire session. Grocery shopping, walking, cutting veggies, making pasta from the scratch and finally the awesome tasting food. Fabio is wonderful and very friendly...had great fun with him and Monica..A very satisfying experience on the whole. More

What a great day we had going to the markets and then learning to make homemade pasta and all of the meats and veggies! We were so full we were ready to pop after all we ate! Even our teenagers enjoyed it! More

Monica, our teaching chef, tour guide and driver transported us from the chaos of Rome to the peaceful countryside of an ancient village where we had a fabulous cooking experience. Monica purchased the menu’s ingredients at the two local shops. Then we went to a beautiful apartment on the edge of a breathtaking view of a wooded gorge where we... More

Spent a few pleasant hours in the chef's home amidst the historic section near the Trevi fountain. We made upscale pasta dishes with nominal work and then ate lunch in his lovely dining room paired with wine. Nice change from museums and cathedrals. More

I absolutely loved this tour and would highly recommend it. Be warned - dont make dinner plans, you'll be too full! The food we cooked was delicious, and easy to prepare. Overall a great experience. More

Fabiolous cooking Day is indeed a fabulous experience! Fabio takes you to his beautiful home in the heart of Rome, invites you to his kitchen and shares his great knowledge about the Italian Cuisine. We made 3 different types of chicken, 4 (!) kinds of Pasta (All home made, we made the pasta ourselves) and fish. Fabio is a wonderful... More

Definitely schedule this into your plans if you have a love of food. Fabio and Monica were amazing and this was definitely in our top 3 highlights of our time in Rome. The food was delicious and the best part was that they taught us simple, but tasty recipes that we could cook once we were back home. I have... More

I had gone the night before so that I knew where I was going. Got there early but Fabio and his assistant were waiting Eventually another family came and we set up on a... More

Just returned from a cooking day with Fabio. Fabio was very personable and informative during our walking tour of the Jewish ghetto and the city as we found our ingredients for lunch. Lunch was amazing! We made 3 pastas, 3 chicken dishes, and an appetizer. When descriptions say you learn in his kitchen...no lie. It is in his kitchen in... More
