My daughter and I are traveling through Europe at the moment and have done several Hop on/off tours and I must say the Ciao Roma was the worst, waiting at stops from between 45min to 60min before a bus arrived, had to walk too several destinations as the busses were full, the audio didn't work, the the attitude from the... If your stupid enough not to listen to this and go with this company, be prepared to; 1) Wait probably 45 mins for a bus to arrive. 2) Be told to walk to the next stop where more people are likely to get off (cause what you really pay for is to walk around the city yourself). 3) Be told... More

We had a spare afternoon and thought that a bus tour would be a good idea. However, we ended up just sat in traffic jams and there was no substance to the "guide" - lucky if anything much was said. The cost is very expensive and the buses are full so finding seats as a family is almost impossible. The... More

The Hop on Hop off seemed ideal, and we bought the tickets at the hotel. But although we were first in the queue at Stazione Termini and they let the four of us get on the bus with others behind, there were only two seats, and therefore only 2 headphones. We and others were standing downstairs, and unable to see... More

Took this on/off Blue bus because it was close to hotel and they had good hustler at the first stop. Initially we were able to get seats on top where you have a view and got off at Trevi Fountain. When we went back to catch the next bus three red buses picked up at the Trevi bus stop before... More

First off, I booked this through our hotel's concierge without doing any research. The day before our trip, I did a quick search and came across their review here and was quite frustrated I booked it without researching but it was too late for a refund, so reluctantly we headed off to the nearest pickup point the next morning. Their... More

(we booked on line via 'isangoo')Buses run only every hour if your'e lucky ,other bus tour operators will stop every 10-20 minutes whilst you are still waiting for a solitary bus from Roma tour.No Commentary, no headphone sockets that worked shabby seats -our bus was nearly empty-we know why!No river cruise as... Driver was rude and rushed customers on to the bus because he didn't want to wait. Seats are worn and dirty. Commentary for the drive was minimal if non existent at times. Avoid this tour at all costs. We were stuck in a 48 hour ticket...on our third day we used CitySightSeeing Tours. Soo much better...Ciao, Ciao Roma. I've got... More

The best way to see Rome is by completing the 2-hour/10 stop Ciao Roma Bus Tour. All the major attractions are covered and you can hop on/off at your leisure,

Don't go on this bus!!!!!!!!!!. We waited more than an hour while 5 other tour buses passed three times. I was convinced there was only one bus when towards the end I saw another one thankfully. The staff seemed to know less about the bus than us and once they never even stopped at the bus stop where we were... More
