Sara was a great guide on our Circa Travel Tour through the small cheese making factory. We all got to make and sample Sorrentine Mozzarella and had a ball. she cooked lunch for us too. altogether delightful! More

Had a great day with Sara and her family. It is small, intimate facility, that has a lot of charm. You will take a quick tour to learn the fresh cheese making process, at the end a little hands on. After the tour, we tasted several styles of cheese with local wine. Embrace the simplicity! Thanks Sara!! More

Sara was our guide, very friendly and knowledgeable. Great family business, you get to meet some of her folks. You also get your hands in the cheese to make some fresh cheese designs. Later we got a cheese plate and some wine, getting to talk with Sara to learn about her family. We also did the Lemoncello tour close by,... More

We got a personal tour by Sara. She picked us up in the late morning. We got to see various members of her family making the cheese and even got to participate. Variety of cheese to try at least 5 or 6 different kinds. She was available to drop cheese off at the end of our trip, vacuume packed for... More

We absolutely LOVED it! It was so interesting to learn how the cheese is made and to actually watch the process (plus, it was fun to braid the cheese). We also had the delicious homemade lunch...you didn't need any Parmigiano because the pasta was on Caprese Style. Our visit to the store was one of our favorite parts of our... More

If it is your only chance to see fior di latte (cow's milk mozzerella) and it's by products made then do it. It's not going to blow you away. It's not as exciting as you may be led to believe. The people who own the factory are lovely people. The daughter who gives the tour is spunky and cute. They... More
