A charming fountain with a goddes on a chariot pulled by two lions and the background is a government bldg. which is is cleverly designed and placed. too bad i wished it was wider and we could reach the fountain on foot but it was in a busy traffic circle. More

There are par the best lenty of fountains in Madrid, but Las Cibeles is by far the best one. More

It is a statue with fountain in the middle of the roundabout, which you can only see from a distance because of the heavy traffic.
