Lots of shops in the centre. You can get a lift up the outside of the building and walk around it and see the views. There are fountains the whole way up to the museum but there were not on while we were staying there. More

Before proceeding to MNAC and Castell de Montjuic, i have to pass Plaza de Espana - an intersection to different points in the city. It is also one of the metro station stop.
