I love this cathedral because it was so peaceful and quiet inside. Away from the hustle and bustle of outside.

The church was interesting and had some nice art work in it. Overall I wasn't a fan of the design of the church with it carved up into little sections. The outside was impressive.
Its a beautiful cathedral... Sitting outside of it admiring the architecture having a cup of espresso was just great...
My feelings may be biased, because we happened to stop in to visit during a wedding, but - wow! What a beautiful church! Great to see and learn the story of the church. Look at the scorch marks where the people burned the internal fixtures during an uprising.

Very beautiful, quiet, spacious, very catalan. Must see, at any time. The legend has it that when it was being built, everyone in the neighborhood "chipped in" - brought stones and building materials.
This is the cathedral Ildefonso Falcones wrote about in his novel La Catedral del mar. A small but amazing cathedral building.
