The best cooking class i ever had! Was fun, animated, super location in central Barcelona and we prepared 5 different meals within 2 hours ;-) because we were 11 women celebrating a bachelor party, the team of EspaiBoisa decorated our table and we had so much fun eating the meals we prepared all together before. The team was great, speak... More

A good tuition in cooking local foods and recipes. A little disappointing that some things were already done for us to save time. Perhaps the lesson could be longer and you could make dishes from start to finish? Great chef and really great information given. The meal was enjoyable! I'd definitely recommend it!

My teenager daughter, my husband and I had a wonderful time taking this class and very highly recommend it. The class spanned the abilities of the participants and made everyone-- beginner to advanced-- feel welcome. The wine was excellent and I very much enjoyed the explanations of the provenance of each item. My only criticism is that I would have... More

I attended a kind of business meeting here after a busy day at the Mobile World Conference with a few colleagues and hosts. We prepared a few appetizers ourselves with the friendly and understanding help of their staff. It was a fun way to spend an evening, as we also had a wine tasting with all the appetizers too. The... I was looking for a good cooking class right since I begun planning to the trip & then Manel of Barcelona Turisme pointed me to this one. Went there on the second last day of our trip The moment you enter you feel you have entered a Mediterranean oasis. The kitchen studio is huge and warms the cockles of your... More

Cooking in a city I am visiting is one of my favorite ways to experience the true culture of a place . You eat, you drink, you are educated and you meet some wonder people and come away with a great memory. This school made our experience of Barcelona perfect! I think from now on, we will make a point... More

It's absolutely a must if you want eating (to make too) a real good paella and gazpacho! The chef was very patient in guiding us through the knick-knack of Catalan cooking (oh yes, it's all hands-on), and the hosts helped around the kitchen to make sure everybody getting their share of attention. We stayed behind after the lunch and chilled... More

My wife and I read about Espai Boisa in Tripadvisor and we were pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to sign up on line. We have participated in other cooking schools and besides one in Italy we enjoyed this one the most! Our class consisted of people from around the world, (we were the only Americans in the group)... The best thing we did in Barcelona! I booked the cookery school for me and my boyfriend after reading many excellent reviews on Trip Advisor and was certainly not disappointed. The Kitchen itself is traditionally Spanish with individual cooking areas for each guest and plenty of room to move around. We learnt how to cook a variety of different dishes,... More

If you are in Barcelona, as a tourist or you live her, you should sign in for a class at Espai Boisa. I was there and we made traditional Spanish food with fresh local ingredients while enjoying local wine. Take your friends, your family, or your partner and enjoy cooking in a nice and cozy environment with great people. This... More
