You might not quite need the 8 hours we had due to coach times, but there's plenty to see and the meerkats are especially adorable! You can get very close to a lot of the animals & feed them by hand if you purchase a bag of salad for a euro.

The zoo is big, split in to 2 sections connected via a walkway with a huge variety of animals who appear to be very well looked after.
