Its a great catheral in the middle of the city - great to walk around and costs about 6 euros to enter. we didnt bother doing this. There are many sellers outside selling prints and doing portraits. The same artitect laised with Gudi to create the Sagrada Familia.

Palma must be one of the most underrated cities on Earth. It is a city that should be near the top of anyone's 'European Cities To Visit' list. The avenues, the unusual shops, the gothic old town.......... I love it. From Pollensa to Soller, down through Deia to Valldemossa, and the market towns of Santanyi and Felanitx. So much more... The building dominates Palma day or night ,its very busy with single , or groups of tourists .First feeling its over bearing by the height & structure in the dim light ,recommend you sit down & get your bearings & senses .Lots & lots of very interesting piece of work ,art to see ,but we thought the Adoration of the... Fantastic by-the-sea gothic cathedral in the middle of the old town with Romeo and Juliet like palaces.

A must see attraction in Palma Mallorca is the magnificent cathedral overlooking the bay. The cathedral is wonderfully located in the old town area of Palma giving access to this interesting area and the sea front of Palma. Inside the cathedral is very impressive with its enormous size, wonderful stained glass windows and terrific alter piece designed by Gaudi. At... More

Bring a camera as there are pictures to be taken everywhere. Definitely visit inside the cathederal as it is a sanctuary from the heat that could be outside. There are also numerous shops in the surrounding historic neighborhood where you just might find that unique gift/ souvenir. You will find all sorts of artists and gardens and waterfountains near this... More

The Cathedral dominates the city of Palma and you must go if visiting. Fantastic Gothic style and worth the small entrance fee to go inside. At night it is just as beautiful lit up. Now one of my favourite cathedrals in the world.
