This is an amazing gallery with such an impressive and extensive collection of modern and contemporary art. Highly recommend the audio guide if you would like extra insight into some of the world.

Some good modern art. Some not so good. After an hr of this I was ready to go. Quite stuffy as lack air circulation. Nice building. Entrance fee was too expensive. 13 euros.

The French Museum of Modern Art on floors 4 and 5 is amazing. Some pieces you love, some leave you frankly bemused but all make you think. Several hours well spent. Using the museum pass was a big plus though as there was a huge queue at the 11 am opening time - both outside and inside at the tills.

This was the last of the three museums that my dad and I visited on our first day to Paris (Bad idea). I walked through the Pompidou like a zombie. However, I could appreciate how interesting and eclectic the art in the collection was, the equally fascinating architecture, and the spectacular view. I look forward to going back when I... More

Picasso's and so much else, not all of it to my taste but it's well presented and a first rate museum, once you actually find it. The centre is sprawling and your best plan is to go ask for information first up otherwise you spend a lot of time looking for the actual museum which is only accessible from the... More

This is an amazing collection of artworks. So many Picasso's I lost count. Many other well known artists and many very interesting works in the contemporary section.

This site presents some peculiarities: 1-Bad flagged! A place that honors so important statesman should take care to be better signposted. When you question where is the elevator, receives the information. Going left ha a huge hallway with hundreds of identical without any marking columns in the hallway. When this almost over the hallway between two steel columns there is... More

Centre Pompidou boasts high-tech architecture, which has made it one of the symbols of Paris since it opened in 1977. Like it or not, the building is one of a kind with its inside-out design. Huge brightly colored tubes on the exterior hold mechanical systems. To reach upper floors, visitors generally ride escalators, also located on the outside of the... More

This review is only for the 'best views of Paris' not the Exhibitions in the Centre Pompidou! I had read that one could find the best views of Paris from the rooftop restaurant at the Pompidou Centre. The views are available through the 'windows' of the escalator which takes you to the top floor. From the restaurant terrace one can... More
