if you prefer the hop on hop off busses, i would recommend L'open Top busses instead as they have more and better located stops closer to the attactions that Les Cars Rouges. Had a two day pass bought in advance from Versailles Tourist Office (subject of separate glowing report). Great flexibility, value for money, excellent viewing platform with shelter during heavy showers, pleasant drivers, quite well planned route and reasonable number of stops. If you are expecting a bus tour of Paris, don't look here. Les Cars Rouges double top buses do not.have an audio that you can hear the speaker. The audio has settings for many languages that you select at your seat and listen with ear buds, which they provide. We rode 3 buses until we found one that was decent.... More

Maybe it´s OK to make one round, but for getting around town it´s very slow, and the stopping places changed every time we took the bus, sometimes they just skipped a stop or two, other times it stopped someplace other than the sign. More
