Only the display on Champagne was open but it was most interesting ranging from information to art to frivolity. Musee is easy to find and well worth the visit.

This small museum is currently showing an exhibition on Champagne that draws some exquisite glass, paintings, and objet d'art from all over the world, including a champagne flute from the collection of Marie Antoinette, drawings by Picasso, one of the oldest champagne glasses in the world and wonderful Art Deco champagne posters.

There are many paintings on display in this museum. I never thought I'd be so bored by Corot as an artist as I was while filing past his 21 paintings here. Perhaps it's the reality that regional galleries hold lots of second rate works by first rate and second rate artists and that after a while they pall. After all,...

Wow, what a collection. You could see everything in about 2.5 hours. Lots of different movements and time periods represented.
