Maybe more is open at other times , but there was very little to see inside that wasn,t off limits , a shame and outside of building is stunning.

There isnt anything in it for tourists except a coffee shop. We were looking ages to find it and it wasnt worth the journey at all. The interior is nice though.

The marvelous building is an iconic structure in this beautiful city. The building hosts a number of different things like offices, ceremonial rooms and the great hall. From outside the architectural design is impressive, just as it is inside with beautiful detailed decor and paintings. This building is a must see for anyone visiting Manchester.

One of the most impressive buildings in Manchester - hard to believe there were apparently once plans to demolish it. Definitely worth a look round if you like architecture.

The Town Hall building is absolutely beautiful. They actually allow you to walk in an look around on the main floor but there are guided tours available to see everything.

This is a beautiful building and an amazing venue for a wedding. We hadn't seen it when our daughter booked her wedding here and we were so pleased with the day. The staff are friendly and the registry staff are fantastic. It all goes very smoothly on the day.

The architecture of town hall, I believe, is based on the one in Ghent and it is very splendid indeed. If it is open to visitors, the Great Hall is certainly worth a visit. And there's a tea room as well!

Combination of cultures-tour guide explained the history clearly. Surprises await you in the back!! Very beautiful woodwork, stonework and tile...and its a working bldg, not just for tourism.
