Ok bar, plenty of seating but rather expensive especially on a Sunday night when you'd think they would have some kind of offer on.
I love Via - I went there with my boyfriend and love the atmosphere here. Anything goes, no posers there, lovely mix of people of all types. Great music for dancing until 3am.
Via Is always my first port of call when I hit the village, the staff are ever the professionals, polite and efficient, i have read some negative reviews about Via but it is always busy so they must be doing something right... AND the sell Proper Vodka...
As my friends and I walked down canal street looking for somewhere to go for breakfast, we walked into via as the doors were open and chairs were outside. We were abruptly told to leave as they were not open yet. This older lady with black hair gave us a look of disgust and made us feel like we had... More
Going back to my routes ! Massive mistake .... London prices pretentious staff, with desperate men cruising all over..., then the bar staff who argue talk about the chemical inhanced night they just had, then they try and mistake your notes for lower dominations......its also too loud or am i just simply to old now? Regardless i Couldn't wait to... More
Via is a usual haunt for us on a afternoon or night out. Always upbeat, pretty full always, patronised by new faces and regulars. Nice terrace and piano lounge to complement the disco areas. Quite cruisy if you like that sort of thing especially if you stand on the balconies. Just watch out for the measures on beer, they can... More
Went here on a 40 th birthday and what a great place. We are all married women n our 40's and were made to feel part of the place. The dj was fantastic playing loads of 80's music, putting on the karaoke and having banter. You dont need to be a "member" to go here and you are guarnteed a... More
Terrible abusive door staff, indifferent bar staff in a venue that could be great. Check your change they have a habit of mistaking £20 for £10 notes and then refuse to give the correct change. Avoid - there are plenty of better venues in The Village.
Simply love this bar, it is large, lots of nooks and crannies, plenty of seating, several bars, food is good quality bar type food, drinks are usual Manchester prices but the bar staff are very friendly and were happy to make up a cocktail to our specifications. It is in Gay Village but the bar is not gay only like... More
This is a brilliant pub at any time of the day or night. Lots of the gay community go there so you won't feel out of place no matter what. During the day it's great for a quiet drink, early evening it's good for meeting up with others and at the end of the night it's great for a drunken... More
