The arboretum has matured beautifully since it was first set-up and now offers beautiful grounds to lounge about in and enjoy on a fine day. There are trees, flora and fauna to suit all seasons. This is a lovely place to visit if you want peace and tranquilty. If you have children it is also a lovely place there is loads of space for them to go mad and they have a really good playground including special swings for disabled children.

Lost a point for the train being awol and all the wasps at the restaurant but otherwise we just love JFK park, plenty of space for the kids to run around and places for picnics. Has lots of potential however for a much better interpretative centre.
