just a beautifull bridge, but it does connects to good side of the city. one side you go through the alley straight into the middle of Temple Bar , on the other side you get into the heart of henry street at Jervis shopping :)

Had to visit this bridge, cute padlock idea and also another custom to spit into the Liffey from here for luck!!
However, I witnessed a pickpocket gang stalking (like jackals), some young girls who were waiting to cross the road - the traffic lights take a long time for you to wait....these druggy gang females were about to mug one...

This famous bridge is grungy and dirty. The Dubliners have also not spent a ha'penney cutting off the stupid padlocks some love struck fools clamp onto the rails and arches. Overall, its far from attraactive as a bridge. The only upside is during the Christmas season they decorate it with lights so at night its pretty. But otherwise, its a...

On one side I wrote my Grandma and Grandad's marriage year and on the other my Mam and Dad's, then threw a key...

such a lovely little bridge that crosses the Liffey, the bridge is covered in padlocks,we were tol by a local that people go there and get engaged, they then attatch the lock to the bridge and throw the key into the river, this means that their love will last forever.
A nice bridge, great views of the river, it gets you to the otherside too. Worth crossing! Worth a visit too..
Ha'penny is the 1st pedestrian bridge, builded over the Liffey River in 1816. through this bridge you have acess to the area of temple bar. Is a basic bridge, but you can take some nice pictures.
lovely bridge to walk over but wish someone could have explained all the padlocks the hop on hop off bus tells you some of the history
Lovely bridge, now adorned with padlocks to show love so quite sweet. Saw a beggar with a rabbit here, not something I've seen before!
