Great place. Why not arrange much smaller groups so people can all hear everything. Smaller groups would be better in the narrow halls. Smaller groups would make the experince more personal. The jail itself is quite spectacular in design and the tour was educational but not boring. It's a popular sight so there were alot of people waiting to get in to the tour, but they were very polite and helpful. More

Just caught the last tour. Guided tours onky but our guide was incredible. Tons of Irish history woven in due to all the famous prisoners from easter uprising and civil war. Probably not so great for kids though. Cool to see the inside but probably too long explanations for kids. Highly recommend and would do it again. More
