Booking the tour was not as easy as it could have been. There was some confusion with two of our group when they ended up buying two tours accidentally.....watch closely when you are ready to complete your booking to make sure you have exactly what you want. The day started about ten in the morning and out pick up location... More

The tour was very educational and fun! You certainly pack alot into the day. It took longer than expected so I would not plan anything firm for that evening. You stop in Wicklow for lunch. I would recommend the Wicklow Heather. Our meals was outstanding, but I did not get the same feedback from others who ate at other locations.

The landscape was beautiful. We saw a lot of wildlife and rolling hills. My only complain was after we visited the lake we had to be back on the bus for 4:30 but sat there listening to the driver talk until finally leaving at 5:05. He said he was giving people time to finish their single shot of Jameson but... More

We had George as our tour guide, he was very friendly and knew a lot about Wicklow and the history! It was an extremely interesting tour and I would definitely go on it again if I ever visit Dublin in the future! Definitely worth the money. George spoke to us all and was really interested in the different types of... More

Worth the trip. Glendalough was very crowded on the first fine weekend of the spring and it extended our day tour unexpectedly. Our host was Michael and he was calm, capable and very knowledgeable. Also entertaining!

My girlfriend and I took the tour on sunday the 5th of may. It was a really nice day out, we had a bit of a delay but that was no problem. THe weather was nice, we had plenty of time on all spots for fotos and the coach driver was really helpfull on everything. He told us a lot... More

My friend and I went on this tour yesterday and we really enjoyed it! I was so glad that we were able to book by phone without having to use a credit card. The driver/guide was really nice and chatty, telling us all sorts of interesting stories and facts about Ireland and Glendalough. We had plenty of time to take... More

On April 5th 2013, my wife and I took the Wild Wicklow Tour of the Wicklow Mountains and Glendalough Area. We arranged our booking by phone from our hotel, and we received clear and precise instructions about how to join the tour. I must say that the tour was just great, it ran flawlessly, the driver/guide was one of the... More

We recently returned to the States from Dublin, Ireland and once home we reflected on our favorite part of the trip and this tour was it. We lucked out with a beautiful day and the sights and experience was incredible. I wasn't sure how it'd be, being on a bus tour for so long, but we stop so frequently it... More

It is fairly rare that I take a structured tour and have never invested an entire day before because so much depends on a stellar tour guide so it was a risk to sign up for the Wild Wicklow Tour but after my boyfriend's sister recommended it (from 10+ years ago) and the reviews here checked out we booked. It... More
