We walked from Elie to Anstruther on the most beautiful day. A well marked path, stunning scenery and a perfect chippie at the end in the world famous Anstruther Fish and Chip Restaurant. Who could ask for more. More

We did a part of the walk from Leven to Elie, it took us around 4 hours with a few breaks. We started at the Leven bus station and crossed the road to follow the beach. Did the path between Crail and St Andrews and really enjoyed it. The terrain is quite rugged in parts, with a lot of the path eroded following the winter but lots of seabirds to spot and lovely beaches to walk through, so would definitely recommend it as an interesting walk.
