Visited with a group of young climbers from Boulders in Cardiff. Fantastic facility, welcomed us with open arms and very accommodating.

The centre is incredible! Massive climbing walls and very friendly staff. We had a fantastic day and would recommend it to everyone looking for something to do for the day.

A fantastic climbing centre with friendly staff who made our group of kids very welcome. A great range of climbing where even the tallest walls offer the not so confident climber a chance to climb to the top. There's also a super cafe offering a nice selection of food and drink, all with a great view of the climbing arena.... More

Beautiful facilities, excellent staff. Great stuff. The staff were very accommodating to our large group and made us feel right at home. Great quality routes on big walls.

My son is 8, we origionally went to go on the aerial assault however my son was not tall enough, this was my own fault I should have checked this. The very friendly reception staff suggest the taster session this was an hour long. Am actually glad he didn't manage to get on his first choice as he enjoyed his... More

Went here with my wife and son and had a go on the ariel assault course. This was exciting, scary but ultimately so much fun. High above everything else in the climbing arena(100feet) you get a chance to complete a fairly strenuous obstacle course. You are completely safe as you are harnessed in but the fun is that the brain... More

Really enjoyed my visit here, excellent facilities!!! Am new to climbing, have only been doing it for a few months, so I wasn’t able to do the really high routes here but there are plenty suitable for beginners too. I will definitely be going back when I have got a bit better to take full advantage!!

Did the aerial assault course here & loved every second of it. Have been to Go Ape before however this is so much better and def more challenging/thrilling.

OMG indeed. As an advanced climber my daughter has always wanted to climb here so we made the epic journey from Yorkshire to try it out. She didn't know where to start but the 100ft section grabbed her attention immediately. Staff were friendly and happy to point out routes that she might enjoy and offer advice. Pleasant enough cafe, but... More

Just need to do a +ve review as some odd reviews complaining about paying to use a facility, the childcare things. You have to expect to pay for a service and a very busy (when I have walked passed) childcare area. So would expect to pay for any childcare facility/service. The Cafe has a good range of sweets and rolls... More

Thank you for your very positive comments. EICA is such an amazing place. We are the largest indoor climbing arena in Europe and it is so good to hear positive reviews about a very busy and diverse place. Please ask to see a duty manager the next time you are in. More
