We started at the Hotel du Vin, which in its self is steeped in history; you get your own radio ear piece so you don’t miss anything. An excellent walk by a very knowledge guide. The food was superb on all of our stops. The stand out stop was the Whisky society which we felt privileged to have visited, the haggis with the whisky sauce was such a delicacy. I have done several walking food tours in NYC and they were great but this tour was amazing. The quality of food and the experience were excellent. Learned a lot of about the history of Edinburgh too. Alan our tour guide was very knowledgeable and fun. I would definitely, advise anyone that is visiting Edinburgh to do this tour!
