Russell was a wealth of information about Scottish history as well as being very entertaining. We had a lot of fun despite the cold and rainy day! More

We learned of this tour company through various searches in preparation for our Edinburgh visit. All the great reviews we saw sold us on them and we booked two tours with them. The first one was with Donald, one of the co-owners. It was the Highland Tour. A full day - left at 0830 hrs and we were back by... More

My friend had tried this tour and recommended it -- she was right! It got me out of Edinburgh in a relaxed but still extensive day tour of the low bits of the highlands, and the area between that and Edinburgh (as I understand it). I really appreciated the history and anecdotes from our guide, as well as the time... More

This was by far the highlight of my visit to Scotland. Our guide, Russell was both informative and fun. The beauty of the tour was not only what we saw but the comfortable, relaxed feeling to the day. The tour group is small and the guide is readily available for questions or further information about just about any aspect of... More

Our guide Russell was excellent, learnt so much about Scotland's history. The business model on which the tour operates is interesting, its free and you pay a tip as per the experience. We were lucky with the weather, so had a great time, I liked the fact that we went through some offbeat track and not just the highways. I... More

We decided on this tour because of other positive reviews and we had a great time! Our guide, Donald, was full of entertaining and interesting facts, stories and trivia about the Scottish highland area that we visited. The weather co-operated so it was really refreshing to be in the fresh air enjoying nature at it's best! Many thanks to the... More

I've been on a Euro trip for the last 2.5 weeks and this tour was the best tour! We got to see the two bridges, Wallace Monument, Stirling Castle, Lock Katrine & Lomond, fed the Hairy Coos, Dounes Castle, Aberfoyle, etc. We did so many things that I had to look at my pictures to remember all the sites! We... More

This was a great alternative to other tours of the highlands. One day is really not enough to drive up to Loch Ness; you'll just be on the bus all day! We were off the bus a huge portion of the trip and had many stops around the highlands. The Lochs we saw were beautiful and I'm sure they're just... More

We had heard about this tour on TripAdvisor and being that it was free only added to it. We had amazing weather, first of all, which only helped enhance what would've been (and was) an awesome tour no matter what. Russell was out guide and he was a wealth of knowledge. He was an amazing storyteller as well and even... More

We were really lookin forward to the tour and it definitely didn't disappoint. We had Nic as our guide and driver and she was absolutely fantastic, her enthusiasm is infectious and is one of the big reasons why the tour is and will continue to be so successful. As a special touch, she found out that was a lady on... More
