Headed to Laggan and onto the Cally woods for an excellent trip on the segways with our son and his girlfriend. Very helpful and friendly staff who explained how to work the Segways and provides us oldies with confidence. Tour lasted the full hour and was definately worth the money.Excellent activity for all ages (Sub 60!) .

Laggan Outdoor offer indoor and outdoor adventure activities for all the family. We offer something for everyone be it Archery, Grass Sledging or Jeep driving, to the more extreme Mountain Balling, Mountain Boarding, Segway tours or Clay Pigeon Shooting. We're open all year round, but please do book in advance to avoid disappointment.

In our 1st visit ever to Dumfries and Galloway, Laggan was the favourite day out of both my children (age 15 and 12), they absolutely loved the Segways, they want to buy one each. Our instructor Steve was very friendly and professional and we all had a good laugh when doing the archery. Would most definitely recommend a visit here!...

This was our 3rd visit to Laggan. My husband and 3 kids (age 18,16 and 14) loved the Segways and then the kids went mountain balling. Both activities were excellent! Would definately recommend a visit here!

We received a gift certificate for Xmas, and went segway-ing. It was great fun, easy to organise and the staff could not have been more helpful or sociable, and full of local knowledge. Would definitely return, have recommended it to friends.

We have visited Laggan many times as my mother lives in nearby Newton Stewart. We have done shooting, archery, zorbing and segway.
Reasonably priced, felt safe in all activities, fantastic friendly owners and staff.
Will be back for more in Spring.

Stuart and I came to Laggan half way through our holiday and it was one of the highlights of a very eventful holiday! We did Archery and Segways (brilliant value for money) and were taken of by Steve Hanna who was fantastic, gave good tuition to myself being a beginner at both activites and challenged Stu who had done archery...

Simply put, it was brilliant.
My girlfriend and I went on the Tuesday to book the balling for the Thursday and ended up doing the mountain sledging and the reverse steer jeeping that day. Both activites were brilliant although pulling up the 2 sledges up the hill, while my GF walked next to me was hard work!!

We went with our 13 year old son and enjoyed mountain boarding, mountain balling, reverse jeep steer and archery, with various combinations of the family participating. The instructors were friendly but professional, you could have a laugh with them, but they were hot on safety. Lovely setting, challenging activities, mountain balling does cause excessive giggling though.
