using it on regular basis on a good day has a great view, good access to the north of donegal and innishown
Now i was a little harsh on the Craigavon Bridge but this bridge is a fantastic feat of engineering, though we have some daft people demanding it be lowered as it can get very windy up there. Perhaps life would duller without people like that but i am prepared to take a chance.
The peaceful sight of the River Foyle gives it a majestic feel of the cultural city of Derry. I walked across three bridges (Foyle, Peace and Craigavon) and felt the strong sturdy wind.
A fantastic view looking out across the Foyle. One of two road bridges crossing the Foyle along with the Craigavon Bridge. The Foyle is occasionally shut during high winds, take the Craigavon on those rare occasions.
