The castle is pretty and the view of the bay was great. Garden was well kept. Not much else to do - there is a restaurant but trip advisor did no recommend so i skipped it.

Belfast Castle is a must to see. Whether you are into horticulture or not, the exquisite flowers and shrubs will turn your head. Everywhere you go is ablaze with colour. The views from the castle, situated on the Cave Hill, are excellent. The Belfast Lough is beautiful and you can see it's expanse from there.

Steeped in so much history, the Belfast castle is a must for those who haven't been. Excellent location, on the Cavehill Mountain, and staff are excellent. Myself and few friends visited, and I must say the service was next to done, food well prepared and had no problems waiting. A* will visit again!

This building is well worth a vis.t. Called there and had a lovely lunch. Took a wander round the grounds and admired the view of Belfast City and lough. Worth the trip.
Me and the wife and two friends visited Belfast castle to take advantage of their restaurant deal at £30 for two. The setting of the dining facility is first class, located in the basement it gives off an old world charm which was well matched by the service of the staff and the quality of the food. We booked dinner...

Set on the side of the majestic Cave Hill (Ben Madigan) the Castle affords magnificent views of Belfast (by day and night) and on a clear day the Isle of Man and Scotland. A dander in its beautiful grounds is highly recommended and for the more adventurous the Castle is great spot to rest your bones after a trek up...

Set a short distance just outside Belfast City Centre in the shadow of Cave Hill Park it is worth the journey as the tranquil setting and the views overlooking Belfast especially of the port and docks are execellent. The Castle and grounds itself are excellently maintained and beautiful to view at your leisure and it is free of charge to...

Attended a wedding and reception at the Castle. An all day affair and what a day. The place is amazing. The building, itself, is something, but the gardens and the view is something to see. The party went on into the night and all the staff were very accommodating from start to finish. You must visit this place.
