We booked for 2 tours with See Wales but could avail only one 'Roman and Ruins'. 'Golden Gower Valley' tour got cancelled. The tour generally take minimum 4 persons ( that was the reason one tour got cancelled), but that was one exception day and the other tour happened with only 3 people. Thanks to the Management for being so considerate.... I was the sister that reviewer Susan B mentioned in her comments and I concur with all she stated. Adrian was much fun and knows so much about history and the area. Loved town of Brecon, the Cathedral was beautiful and the surrounding hillsides lovely. I was too claustrophobic to enter the Big Pit mines but the on-site museum and... More

My sister, friend and I eagerly waited months from the time of making our reservation until our trip to Wales became a reality. One of the highlights of our holiday was definitely our See Wales bus tour to the Big Pit coal mine, the Brecon Beacons and the town of Brecon. The tours were interesting, and informative - thanks to... More

Took our three american teenagers on the tour and we all enjoyed it. The boys especially liked the tour of Raglan Castle. The weather held for Tintern Abbey, beautiful old monastic ruin. It was great to see the country side. Paul the driver/guide was interesting and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the tour. Too bad we didn't have time to take... More

See Wales have the honour of being my first Tripadvisor review and I can't think of a better company to start with- they definitely deserve their top spot! I felt the Welsh hospitality from the very first confirmation emails after I booked my tours. Paul was very accommodating, responsive and knowledgeable, offering all sorts of advice about what to see... More

I have toured with See Wales Tours three different times now over three years. I've done the Golden Gower, and the MInes & Mountains tours. Both are unique, though I would say if you have only one day, choose Golden Gower. The guides have always been extremely friendly and informative, and I highly recommend See Wales Tours!

To the ones who intend to go to Wales: this is the tour you want to take! Starting with a friendly guide, Paul, who knows a lot about the attractions; going through a smooth and comfortable trip for the day; and getting to see amazing and unforgettable places. Our day was the Romans and Ruins one, the weather didn´t help... More

Unfortunately our trip got cancelled, hence the rating is for the service we received. We were group of 3 and our tour on February 2013 was cancelled. The reason given to us was that "They have not reached their minimum numbers for the tour to go ahead". We had booked the tour almost a month in advance and had planned... More

Went on the Golden Gower tour and Paul was a fantastic guide. He was very knowledgeable and we also had plenty of spare time to walk around and explore places like Rhossili where you see beautiful coast line as well as farming landscape. Good day out plus they are great by catering to where your staying and will drop off... More
