This is a lovely little racecourse to visit. The Guide who met us was very friendly and welcoming. He showed us around pointing out areas of interest, the jockey's weighing room, the horses parade ring, the winners enclosure, the restaurants, where if you wished you could have a 3 course dinner, or take a picnic, buy a snack, drinks etc.... If you pay the top price it is a bit easier to get between the paddocks and the race course. If not, wear comfortable walking, perhaps even running, shoes as the timings can feel rushed. The selection of food on offer is limited. Drinks selection is a bit better but the queues can get very long particularly on busy days.... More

Visited Windosr Racecourse twice this year and been dissapointed both times! 1st time parts of the course were closed (Silver Ring) only leaving Premier Admission (£21!!!!!!), 2nd time was a Bank Holiday where course was packed yet not enough bar staff & not trained well enough to spot people waiting for drinks & zero queing system - AS ALWAYS! Windsor is great ,friendly and quaint with good faclities and food and great boat taxis to the course.

great location for race first timers, no hustle and bustle. Try the boat trip to the course, where else would you get that!

had a good time here,within walking distance of my home which is a bonus.easy to put a bet on and plenty of advice on the horses from fellow race goers.wouldn't bother with the food or drink here as it is overpriced,you are allowed to take a picnic with you in nice weather so i would do that.

A lovely little racetrack, when compared to Ascot. A joy to wander around on a Monday evening in the Summer with friends, enjoying a drink and watching the races.

Have been to Windsor Races many times but would not go there again in the Winter, the bar and buildings are too small to cope with the ammount of people there, car park was a bog, marquee they put up nearly blew away. Just go in the summer now

Good place to go if you want a change of scenery whilst still being able to socialise with friends and make some money (or lose some hehe) highly recommend it
