This is no ordinary cinema , the medieval fireplace & roof timbers must be unique in any cinema in the UK. The size of the screen was initially disappointing , I don't like small screens , however when the movie started it wasn't too bad. Good position in the city centre.

The Odeon in Salisbury is in an old building which most people think is good but I don't. Who would want to visit this cinema when you can go to a nice, modern multiplex cinema in Bournemouth, Poole, Southampton and Yeovil. Salisbury really need a modern 10 screen multiplex cinema that actually looks up to scratch. I mean cinemas are... More

We went recently to the Odeon Cinema in Salisbury, its a lovely traditional building and has a really good and large Screen 1. With cinema becoming more popular I can recommend going here. Nice Popcorn too.

Original tudor beams in the topmost screen; all comfortable seating - several screens to choose from. Latest films.

This building is very old and must be the only 15th/16th century cinema in the country (I know Henry the V111 only had a still camera!) I go here regularly to see current films but have been recently to see specials like Andrea Boccelli - Love in Portofino -(magic) - and Alice in Wonderland the Ballet on a,live feed from... More

An old building of character small screens showing many of the new films but can be extremely cold in the winter. If going in the winter wrap up warm. If it is too cold for you they will refund your money if you leave in the first 30 mins of your choosen film.

Went on a bank holiday weekend with the kids and in awe of the cinema. Stunning building and great theater (I was the balcony screen with bathrooms in the back, so helpful). There was a sign about temp control seeing this was winter but we were not cold at all. Summer times, especially a hot summer might be a little... More

The building is well suited to Salisbury and looks very historic from the outside. It houses five "theatres" although some are not much larger than a village hall. The usual sweet, popcorn, fizzy drink fayre is on offer, unfortunately at the usual high cinema prices though. One complaint - staff do not seem to know what is going to be shown... More

Lovely setting, great choice of films, good customer service. Premier seats are a joy for the back! Also, lots of savings with Premier Points. Good night out that doesn't break the bank.
