This air museum is located just off the A45/A46 roundabout of the Southern By-Pass of Coventry (follow the signs for Coventry Airport). The entrance fees are reasonable, especially considering the wide and interesting collection of aircraft on display. The star for most will be the Vulcan (recently repainted - 2012), in that this exhibit still has almost all of its... More

We visited the museum for an afternoon in April, its easy to find and has a good car park. It was £6 for an adult ticket and this is about right for what you get. The site has an indoor and outdoor collection and is very informative about British air history. You can get to go inside some of the... More

this was a family visit with my parents and husband. My dad and husband are both into photography so this was a prime opportunity for them to be up close and personal with something different then the norm. Even my mum and I found it interesting, you can go inside about 4 of the planes and 1 is manned by... More

Exhibits range from early 1900s through to late 1980s. The displays are well laid out with some in a hangar but the majority are located outside. The staff and volunteers are helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgable. The entrance fee is very reasonable. More

It may not have the glamour of Hendon or other bigger and more well-know air museums, but as small local venues go this one's a must. Unlike most museums, you can actually get to touch most of the exhibits, and even climb inside some (like the Argosy - pictured - and the mighty Vulcan bomber). Staff are friendly & enthusiastic,...
