I find Shakespeare baffling and frequently tedious. Not so this production! Utterly enthralling.Unmissable.

Hamlet and Polonius were superb and as a whole the performance was very good. Didn't like the set - something of a mish-mash. Paid for good seats and only to have our view obstructed by a chair for long periods. The play-within-a-play was totally obscured.

I loved it all, Stratford is tiny but perfectly formed and the RSC is truly an experience not to be missed. Truly thrilling experience!

The actors interpreted the play in such a way that it was easy to follow the story even with the older English.

Despite some of the critics really going overboard with their criticism of Jonathan Slinger's Hamlet, I have to say this is a production not to be missed. A really amazing performance which had me laughing, crying and sitting on the edge of my seat for the whole performance. I love this theatre!

If you are visiting Stratford upon Avon it's a must. We watched Hamlet, and it was a great story with brilliant acting. It was a long play 3 hours, but what an experience.
