A great place to visit with children, plenty to see which children will find fascinating. Worth the entrance fee just to see the Meerkats.
My wife and I took our 3 year old grandaughter to Butterfly World at Preston Park near Stockton on Tees.She loved every minute.Exploring the hot jungle with scores of butterflies swoopng down.Then seeing the reptiles and the meerkats was the icing on the cake.She could have watched the meerkats for hours.Close by was an excellent adventure playpark with a pleasant...

Everytime we go its a great experience, friendly staff and great to see not just the butterflies, but the meerkat and also the reptiles. Recommend it to any and everyone.
During my spare time I often visit the cinema. My movies of choice tend to be of the horror genre. However nothing in any film nor the darkest corners of my mind could prepare me for the horrors within.
Griping fear was my only companion during my visit to Butterfly World, were eagle size insects seems to inhabit every inch....

we've been a few times over the past few years and the kids love it. Does not last long but the surrounding area is nice with good weather. worth a go if passing.
We had our 6 year old nephew staying over and so a trip to Butterfly world was on the agenda. He absolutely loved it and actually I'm not sure whether he or my husband enjoyed it more.
