Beautifully kept, seems to mainly be used as a walk through into town, however it has some nice little cafes, cupcake, icecream bars. Worth a look maybe a coffee, but not more than an hour to fill. More

The Botanical Gardens are lovely and have some original Paxton Houses. There is a cafe with indoor and outdoor seating which sells all the usual th ings you would expect. Parking is on the road and can be a problem. More

Beautiful gardens - pleasant at any time of year, lots of birdlife and squirrels, even on sunny days can be very quiet first thing and there are lots of lovely little nooks and crannies to explore. It's all set on quite a steep slope although the different areas are pretty well paved. More
