I played this golf club as a guest in Late May 2011 i have played most courses in the region and although it doesnt have the holes of Formby Hillside or Grange pk , i can honestly say the greens were the best ive played in the UK. Played the course late in the afternoon and although all the greens very slow due to top seeding, course overall in very good condition. Big bugbear is that no strokesaver available and with Several holes with blind teeshots was a problem as ran out of bounds or ended in hazards that couldn't be seen from the tee.
